Antonio is always courteous, respectful, and very helpful. I feel he goes beyond the scope of his job to make sure I understand the working of my car systems and takes extra time if I need him to. A nice personality and easy to talk with.

Service representative seen knowledgeable and polite. Greeted me as I arrived. Provided me with a loaner vehicle. Notified me of what was found after the vehicle inspection. We agreed to what would be repaired and an estimated cost. However, one of the items (low battery charge on dashboard) that was agreed/suppose to be repaired was not repaired or not repaired to completion. Spoke with Ali and rescheduled to have the issue corrected. Overall experience was good, however, not completely satisfied.

Waited three working days for a windshield replacement scheduled for 3/29. Asked for some warranty assessments. My repair order said wash car clean and vacuum interior. Interior was dirty and not vacuumed.
Did not receive copy of the paperwork when I picked up vehicle. Multiple phone calls over three days to check status. I clearly stated we wanted our car back and to continue research the warranty work. Also I think we received a different windshield than we paid to replace and they scratched our car in several places around the windshield. Will be contacting arrowhead auto glass with these concerns as well.

I received the loaner vehicle w/ less than 30 miles of gas, so the gas light turned on right as I left the dealership. Additionally, the loaner vehicle had issues of its own with a faulty locking mechanism, where I had difficulty opening the door. Finally, I’m a bit confused regarding how/when I will receive my new license plate. I thought that was going to be on the vehicle upon pick up? I look forward to future visits and understand that issues like these just happen.

Ali did a terrific job assisting me in what was a lengthy warranty repair.
My vehicle was dropped off for repair on Feb 17 but due to parts availability it remained with the service department for 49 days.
When I picked up my repaired vehicle I noticed a large 20” windshield crack that was not present when I dropped it off. I reported this to the service staff before departing and will now be working to get it replaced.
I am also in contact with Volvo Customer Care working a potential trade assist option.
I would like to thank the Arrowhead Volvo team and specifically Ali for her continued hard work through what must have been a stressful situation. Overall the situation is unsatisfactory but was not the fault of anyone at Arrowhead.
