I was not at all satisfied with the communication between my service advisor and my self. The site you guys used to up date the customer was always wrong and it was very seldom up dated. I am pleased with the finial results of the body work. The cap was missing off the front passenger door and they said they would order it and call me once it come in.

No need to contact, but please note that service departments are what keep people buy vehicles from the same dealer and manufacturer. Communication is key, and when a service person cannot communicate effectively, they lose the respect and trust of the customer.
