With the 7+ cars we’ve bought and a couple of trade ins we have never had this problem until working with Nancy (our first time) and it will be the last. Not happy with the customer service provided by Nancy. She was rude, argumentative, disrespectful and should not be dealing with customers. It’s not good when you try to explain her behavior and the sales people, Managers at ‘The Tower’ know who you’re referring to without saying her name. Thankfully the owners were kind and understanding of our concerns and worked with us to solve the issue.
