Marcos is awesome no reflection on him, I had a Saturday appointment for thermostat replacement for radiator as it's been leaking. Made arrangements for a ride home as I came from Greenfield Ma to your dealership in Leominster Friday night. Got a call this morning ( Saturday) the replacement part is damaged so repair couldn't be done. Marcos said oRt had to be ordered and I had to make another appointment. I asked for a loan vehicle but none available, as this is a huge inconvenience and not allot of options for me to get there, I told Tyler to keep the car I'll find a way to work it until car repaired next week. I hope Kia, Ron Bouchard can reflect the hardship on my final bill. Always been very pleased with Kia, just a rough time for my family to be without my car
