So far I am satisfied with how the car is running smoothly. Job well done! I am dissatisfied with being told after the car was done, the new engine has a 100,000 mile.warranty when all along I was told the new engine will have a Lifetime Warranrty. Now I'm confused.I will call the Kia Warranty Dept. and find out what I now have. I want to thank you for giving me a loaner car but that did take a month to get while my car was sitting in the shop for that month. Luckily I did get the loaner car since I did start working. Thank you for that. I also feel it took way too long for the Warranty to approve my engine to be fixed, once it got approved, and they got the parts, it was fixed right away within a couple days, amazing. My car was there 3 months and a week which I think is a very long time. But it's done, the service people did the best they could. Thank you for this.
