Made appointment for oil change and car inspection and they were not able to do car inspection due to long lines ,I’m not sure what the point is of making an appointment is and I was there one hour and 45 minutes and only got an oil change . They advised replacing my windshield wipers and back window wiper in preparation for inspection so that was done and then he told me there was 5 cars ahead of me for inspections and he said it takes 25 minutes per car so it would be a long wait . So I left and had my car inspected at a different location in 15 minutes . Very disappointing and there has to be a better way for customers who have scheduled appointments

Incompetent staff. I receive a text telling me my car is “ready to come home”. When I come to pick it up. I was told that the text was from the service department not the sales department. I have no idea who works in what department. When I receive a text telling me to come get my car, I show up. I am seriously considering canceling my purchase.
