I brought the car with engine light on -I had a paper for free scan engine light I knew something was wrong with Transmission but didn’t know what part of the transmission so they said if I want clear diagnosis I need to pay 180$so I said ok then they told me something that already told them when I brought the car in I said the car is slipping on speed over 50and I had the car scanned and it said transmission pressure sensor so they told that the car slipping and I need transmission that is not clear diagnostic

The work on my car was good (seems, so far), but I wish I could have been shuttled home earlier on Wednesday as I had asked. I arrived at 8 AM and asked if I could be home by 10 (had plans to visit my dad in the hospital later that day). Seemed that wouldn’t be a problem at the time, but as it turned out I wasn’t able to be shuttled home until closer to 11. This is why I answered “no” to the “completely satisfied?” question here.

Ali text me what it would cost to have the transfer case replaced. When I called to approve the work, the person told me that amount was not correct and told me it would be $300 more to do the repair. I don’t like it when the price changes like that. That’s deceptive and dishonest!! I therefore picked up my car and did not have the work done there because of the dishonesty! I’ve shared this information to family and friends and will continue to do so. I still have the text with that amount and the invoice I was given for the increased amount if you don’t believe me. I will NEVER deal with your dealership again!!! Sincerely, Diane Auger

My car is there for long time, they give me the car , supposed to be in good condition, all set , but the car is having the same problem after I drive back home. I bring it back to dealer and they send me a text the my car is ready and They called me to say ,the they can not find what is the problem with the car. This is not professional, plus I buy this car from this dealership. I'm very disappointed. You are nissan dealer, and my car is a nissan, so I don't understand why you can't not find the problem.
