After replaced airbag inflator hand brake light stay on and I open the hood I noticed that the stick which open the hood wasn’t working properly. My car never had that problem before I called Carlos and transferred me to manager but no one answered the phone so this is my complaint

Jim was wonderful. I didn’t receive text notifications about the service or when the car was available. I ended up by calling to find out and it was ready. It was also a bigger service where lots and lots of things were done. Not just with your simple oil change. And with that I spent a great deal more. I was surprised and maybe just a bit disappointed that the car wasn’t washed, considering the amount of work that was done and the money that was spent. Happy that my truck is all healthy but it is still quite dirty. Would have been a nice touch if the windows were at least clean.

The shuttle to UCSB was so nice-thank you-we will be doing all future service with you that can be done outside Acura (not interested in driving to Ventura for easy stuff and Liathe the SB auto group that represents Acura in town). Jim was fantastic. However, I had a 10:30 appointment for a routine oil change - minor service. I expected to be out of there by noon on Saturday. When I dropped my car off, I was told 2 guys were out and the car would not be ready until 3:00 (by Bonnie). Jim told me their phones were also down so if I didn’t hear from them, come back at 4:00. I came back at 3:45 and the car was not ready. I was disappointed that the wait was so long. So I spent my day off wandering around the shops in the area - for 5 hours. That felt like poor customer service.
