I was uncomfortable that Bonnie’s face mask was not covering her mouth or nose and she was actively coughing while we spoke and while I signed my documents. I don’t usually complain but it made me uncomfortable, to say the least. I hate to complain but I have been quarantining for almost 4 months with three small children and my mom, who just had a major surgery, so it was out of my current comfort zone and I felt that I could have put myself at risk.

Yes please, I would desperately like to talk to someone because unfortunately this is not the first time I am disappointed after leaving Honda. I work in service and health care industry so I understand the process of reviews, and I won’t lie even after ALWAYS leaving disappointed, I still make the effort to leave a good review. This time around I simply can’t do that. Carlos was amazing, very kind and professional, but I’m not happy with the results and that like always nothing gets fixed for the BRAND NEW 2018 Honda Accord I am leasing. Since the beginning of my lease I have had many issues and constantly driving back to Honda taking lots of hours out of my day, only to NEVER get helped. This is starting to truly become a problem. The car is under warranty and I am trying to get these issues fixed before I finance because I REFUSE TO FINANCE a brand new car with issues. I think it’s a little ridiculous that Honda won’t find the issues but when I take it to other mechanics they DO AND RIGHT AWAY. If someone can contact me as soon as possible I would sincerely appreciate it. I hate to be the person with the complaint, because I understand it’s not very pleasant to deal with those people, but every time I walk in with a great and understanding attitude, NOTHING GETS FIXED and they think it’s okay to send me off by telling me nothing is wrong with the car. The car has problems, and I will like for them to get fixed right away. I cannot keep wasting time out of my week to drop off my car, have no car for the day for them to keep telling me there is nothing wrong. They even went as far as telling me to blast music to not hear the noise AND I THINK THAT IS ABSURD, and RIDICULOUS and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Why should I have to blast music on a brand new car to avoid the cracking noises it makes. I’m not paying hundreds and thousands of dollars to drive a car with problems. I apologize for my frustration, and I sincerely hope that you can help me. Thank you for your time.
