Completely disappointed & dissatisfied. Loyal customers for cars and service at SB Honda. Cheerleaders even. Our experience with our recent purchase of a CRV Hybrid had been frustrating. Still waiting to hear back from them. Basically we feel that Honda misrepresented our order from the get go, and when the Parking Assist accessory was finally installed, the service department didn't even know how it was supposed to work. After 4 weeks of more miles to the dealer and back than any other, the dealer and service say it's supposed to work the way it does now. I am continuing to pursue some Honda service people who have actually worked with this issue as I am skeptical of what I have been told. Our touch interface still needs to be rebooted weekly, and sometimes it shows the skeleton parking assist interface and sometimes not, which leads me to believe it is still not working correctly. If the radio only came on intermittently or the other buttons on the screen were there somedays and not others, I think Honda would say that's not the way it's supposed to work, yet with our Parking Assist, sometimes it appears (not working but appears) and sometimes it doesn't. I hope for other future customers and maybe even us, Honda gets this worked out. To be continued . . . .

Bonnie 100% amazing. Unfortunately we spent $1050 dollars on services and new tires and the tires and rims were covered in what looked like mud and the tires didn’t have the air stem caps. We have been going to SB Honda for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Bonnie always is amazing and pleasant, but I wasn’t happy with how the tire service turned out.
