I had an appointment at 9:30, I called after 11:30, 12, 12:15 about info about my car in service he was unavailable and didn’t get back to me. I rode my bike 6 miles, to find out my car was done and ready but never told me as I needed it before work. Very inconvenient; and lack of communication.
