Honestly, Jim was great, but the fact that I had to come back twice to fix the issue which was quite expensive was terribly frustrating. Jim handled it well, but I would much prefer to get the problem fixed the first time. Having to come back makes me feel like I'm getting jerked around—never fun, especially when you have to spend $1k.
