Social distancing is difficult when the service manager walks up to you, and you have to pay inside. Maybe there is a more clever solution? Like all remote contact and pay online?

My 2019 civic has needed constant tire service since the first day I drove it off the lot. They upgraded my lease, increased my payments, and gave me a car that puts me in the shop every 500 miles. Bonnie and Carlos both provide excellent on the spot customer service, but nothing has been done to fix this car. It is difficult to justify the expense of a new vehicle if it is not reliable.
