Jim is always friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that my CRV's automated system signaled that I needed a transmission fluid change at 57,000 mile. From what I can see online for normal driving the range is closer to 100,000 miles. Perhaps it can sence how I drive which is like an old person. And by the way the bathrooms at the dealership are terrible. Remarkably bad. The owner of the dealership should use the $550 I just dropped there to tear out the existing bathrooms and put something decent in there. 1955 Texas rest stop bathrooms should not be in a modern business in Santa Barbara.
