Overall very good experience, however I had to return to the Honda service center because one of the torn seatbelts was left attached in the car and the new seatbelt was not connected properly. Not a big deal, except I live 20 miles away.
That said, Bonnie was always very responsive, friendly and professional. I will definitely return for future service.
