While your techs were wonderful and there competence was excellent I must admit that your facility, in one of the richest cities in the country, was abysmal. Mold in the bathrooms, toilets and urinals that did not flush, the customer lounge was the worst. In short after driving Honda’s and Acura’s for over 25 years your dealership was by far the worst I have ever encountered. I would rate it a 2 out of 10. Very disappointed and perplexed that you could not see this for yourself. Honda needs to pull your dealership and give it to someone else who understands customer service as you have no clue.
