Dropped my car off the night before and the day of my appointment I received a text stating I was a no show for my appointment. I called regarding my car already being there and was told someone would get back to me to confirm my car was checked in, no return call for confirmation. I was schedule for 8 AM, I did not hear anything from Michael until 5:30 PM. I tried calling and leaving a message with no return call. When I called again I was told the office was unable to get ahold of him. Going an entire day with no confirmation my car was looked at and no update is completely unacceptable.

The oil change and engine service notifications were not reset; I will have to take my vehicle to complete the service. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.
