I did not appreciate the dishonesty and price quoted by the agent for a part replacement. He was giving me a higher price on a replacement part by 30$ per window, a total of $120 more then what it truly is in the parts department, thankfully I called the department before requesting a quote.
I will think twice before coming to headquarter Toyota to get any services done going forward.
