Service Associate was attentive and the service was completed within the time quoted. I just wish that for long time customers like myself (30 years dealing with Pintado and 8-10 cars purchased or leased) the dealership would offer incentives in the form of lower cost maintenance specials, etc.

Es que nunca me habían cobrado tanto dinero por un simple cambio de aceite.
Yo siempre hago mis cambios de aceite en la Toyota de wes kendal y nunca me habían cobrado esa cantidad. Y ni rotación de gomas ni agua le pusieron al limpiaparabrisas, en fin no entendí el servicio tan caro.

James was great. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I waited 2 and a half hours for my car. I decided to go ask James what was going on. When he inquired the car was done but no one had brought it from the back. The guys that drive the cars were all under a tree, playing with their phones. This is totally unacceptable. Also after spending almost $1,000, I am not completely satisfied with the repair.
