Thank you Rebecca for helping with my recent service issue. Rebecca was very informative and knowledgable. She kept me informed and answered any questions I had. I would rate her 10/10 with every visit. Overall, I am happy with the outcome of my service problem. However, I was upset my car was driven almost 250 miles by the dealer to test the repairs and was also returned to me with 112 miles in the gas tank (when I dropped it off I had 193 miles left until empty). I was told I had to return the car with the same amount of gas in the loaner which was (65 miles and I made sure there was over that-81 miles left to be specific) and I would expect the same for my car. I had to make 3 trips back and forth to the dealer for the repeated service as well, since the repairs were not fixed the first or second time I dropped it off. This also contributed to expenses I had to pay for out of my own pocket due to a known Kia failure.

I brought my 2017 Kia Forte in for a recall and my car has been messed up since problems with my remote keys I changed the batteries which you sold and replaced for me I bought the car in 3 times because of this ongoing problem and since my car is no longer under warranty you won't take on the responsibility because you know I'm not going to pay you for something you messed up. Then you want me to pay you a $@65 for a diagnosis for something e messed up. You run a shady business conducting business in this fashion.You don't deserve any stars. Not from me !!! Joyce E
