Jahia, provided service above and beyond my expectations. She was like a breath of fresh air. Jahia was friendly but professional and greeted me with a smile. She explained everything to me before my service and also explained the completed services on my vehicle and answered my questions.

I had to ask if my car was done. I could see it parked and done but, no one came to tell me it was ready. I got a text after I had already picked up my car that the car was ready to be picked up. I wish I could have gotten update that my car was being worked on and would be ready in a half an hour. The waiting room was good clean and had treats. I was thankful for that because I didn’t have time to grab lunch beforehand. The service people were polite and informative, but it just seemed like the wasn’t a lot of urgency to get things done.

Car was due for 15000 miles maintenance appointment but somehow appointment was made for oil change- so my air cabin and engine filters were not changed- which was under the maintenance guide for service due- tires were rotated and safety check was done- service manager is aware of this misunderstanding and assure me that filters will be changed on next oil change at 5000 miles- When I make appointment will make sure everything is taken care of and anything else that is found at inspection .very satisfied that issue was addressed immediately .

I told Michael that the other windows in the car other than the drivers window don’t go up. So do not touch them. Apparently the tech roll the window down and couldn’t get it back up. Instead of them calling me and saying they couldn’t get back up they waited till I showed up at 6 PM and the window was down. Now I have a car that sits outside with the window open. I would’ve appreciated someone saying we have to fix the window it’s not going back up.
