Okay Hunter was excellent. I felt like at times we were bothering him. He was very pleasant with every question answer and phone call. He will make a good addition to your sakes department and we were very pleased. The person we dealt with on the paper work end was great not pushy over bearing and friendly. The staff person that showed us the camper was pleasant good at answering our questions and if he didn't know he found out fir us . Now here's where my complaint it . After. After we left that Minday Hunter called Saud the service department said our hitch and sway bars won't work for the camper and they would get and put the new hitch and sway bars on for 950 dollars. Which we didn't have at this time. So they told us that they couldn't legally let us bring our camper home unless we signed a waiver. So of course we don't have the right hitch and was afraid if we signed a waiver. Maybe our insurance won't pay.So the nice thing is you guys said you would deliver it when we bought it so we took you up on it Because my son who a mechanic said mom don't pay 900 dollars for a hitch that you can buy and I can put on for you. So I wasn't sure what type of hitch i need. So when the older gentleman brought my camper I went down to see what type of hitch he has and get picture of it. Guess what her didn't have hitch and sway bars her pulled it on the ball just like ww would of and when I asked what kinda hitch sway bars he had he said you don't need w sway bar hitch if your pulling under 3000 by the state of iowa I looked at him and said what you guys were going to charge me 900 dollars for a hitch and sway bars that I didn't even need you were going to make me sign a waiver to pull my camper home the exact way you pulled it . I can tell you the man looked surprised and said I just fo the delivering and the tech work I don't know the paper or billing end of it. The older gentleman was very nice when he showed us the camper and when he delivered it . The three people we came in contact with were very very friendly and I was very nervous cause I had written a bad review on other service we had done with Brown and victory But they all were very respectful. Hunter was sure to tell us that being we bought it this time of year when we open it fir tye first time and find something isn't working that they said was be sure to let them know for they stand behind what they say which is great when your buying this time of year two months till you use it. The hitch business still makes ne uneasy. But we love the camper and we didn't spend the money on the hitch so makes me feel better but . It wasn't the delivery guys fault he didn't know you has tried selling us the hitch he was happy to see our faces when the camper was home and our grandkids faves cause they were her on arrival So over all if I was rating you on the people we met I please to have dealt with them Thank you we hope to have lots of good times with our grandkids camping this summer
