Unfortunately, when we picked the 812 up on Saturday late morning, we got about 2 miles down the road and the tire pressure sensor went off showing all four tires were low. While the drop in ambient temperature was certainly the issue, I would have expected that tire pressure would have been checked prior to delivering the vehicle as a courtesy or as part of a vehicle delivery checklist. The lack of communication between the service department and myself is troubling. I only received status updates when I initiated it. I called there once and never received a call back, really? Your guys don't have sixty seconds to call me back and give me an estimate when my car will be completed? I've owned a bunch of cars over the years and I can comfortably say all of the other dealers are doing a better job than FOH. You have to do better than this at this price point.

Perfect service. Truly everything you could expect and a shining star in a near service less world. It’s not about kissing your ****, simple respect, clear information and a true desire to make sure you get what you need. It’s that easy and they have it head to toe.
