Anthony has excellent service for Northridge Toyota. He is always very accommodating and explains in detail the issue with the car and the repairs and have to be done. As I have said before, he is an asset to the Toyota of Northridge team.

I was told I needed to have my wheels aligned. I authorized the work to be done and paid to have it done. The very next day I had two tires replaced at a different facility and was told I needed a wheel alignment. Next time I will be asking for the displacement numbers before authorization to proceed. I did not hit any pot holes nor hit any curbs between the two wheel alignments.
