I appreciated the friendly nature of the service representative. I would have appreciated a little bit better communication from him though. I arrived at 10:00 for a routine checkup and I didn’t leave until around 2:30. Initially, I was given an estimate of completion for around 1:30. After it reached 1:50, I walked over to my service representative’s desk to ask for an update on my car. He was not at his desk, so I waited for around 10 mins for him to return. Once he returned, he gave me an update and told me to return in 5 minutes. Once the initial estimated time had passed, it would have been nice to have received a call telling me that the car servicing was going to be a little delayed. A little communication goes a long way.
