The fact that it took 5 hours for a tire rotation and to top my vehicle fluids is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never return to this Toyota for a service again and not I or anyone I know will ever purchase another car from this dealership from the day I purchased my car until today I felt jipped. Pretty bad dealership.

Mustafa was so helpful and nice! I initially called my “home” dealership, Keyes Toyota, to help me with my broken-down car and they were absolutely no help. Thankfully my car broke down close to Northridge Toyota and I was able to get all the answers I needed right away from the first call operator up until I met Mustafa and Jackie in person, who helped me with my car repair and the whole process. So thankful for them, they truly made my stressful week better! The repair itself was so fast and an easy process :)

I think your policy of a $200. Minimum service fee is outrageous considering the problem I experienced with my car required a $55.00 repair.
I don’t appreciate over paying for a simple fix.
This is one reason I’ve never owned a foreign car. Silly repair fees.
My Lincoln - Ford dealer would never over charge me like this.
