I reported needing to reset the automatic rear hatch door position. The service rep. Said he’d have to quote my with a charge of over $200. I informed him that this happened previously. I believed all it required was a push of a button. He still insisted he’d have to charge me an hour’s worth of work since I was out of warranty. I told him I’d just take care of it myself. Then, while waiting for my service to be completed, I viewed a YouTube video which taught me how to reset the position memory. It took only 10 seconds to reset the position, with the push of 1 button. This experience makes me mistrust your service department.

I had an oil change on February 13th, 2024. I picked the car up, because it had been serviced. After driving it for 30 miles, the oil pressure warning light came on and an alarm sounded. I was 200 feet from my home. So, I shut the engine off. I let it sit for 10 min. Then I proceeded to check the engine oil. Upon checking it with the dipstick it showed me that there was NO oil in the engine. I could not believe it. Called Toyota to bring it back in with a tow. This isn’t a good sign. The. At is at Northridge Toyota February 14th. To be looked at. Robert A Ferkle ****-****-xxxx

Anthony was very helpful. He explained very well what the mechanic recommended on my vehicle. Even though I didnt get it done, they were still kind in their manner of dealing with the customer. And for that I sincerely appreciate the efforts. Nothing beats the courtesy Uber ride provided. Very accomodating! Thank you!
