No, mechanic never put oil back into my engine after the oil change. So that’s a no for the mechanic Mustafa was very accommodating after this happened. Yes Masha took care of the towing and getting my car back into service. Tim also was fantastic and getting me back on the road again and making sure down the line that my car will be checked for any future damage.

Very polite, professional & courteous staff, Joe introduced himself to me right away. My truck was in for its 10k mile service, He let me know that he was going to be my representative and he would kindly answer any questions or concerns that I may have, I let him know that my trucks “lighter” had stopped working, he looked into the problem and it turned out that it would have to be replaced, he then let me know when to expect the replacement to come in and that he would call me in order to step up an appointment at my convenience so it replaced.
