I came in for a routine oil change and during the process my bill went from 0 to over 2,000 dollars. Considering I have only had your service dept take care of my car and I have done everything on time, I was alarmed and dismayed. Mufasa was very nice but I am still in shock over what needed to be done and the cost.

I dropped my car off in the morning for a recall. Gabriel said he’d call me later in the day to let me know what was going on. By 5:00pm, I still hadn’t gotten a call. So I called the dealership and they couldn’t find Gabriel. I spoke with someone else who told me to come and pick up my car. I came in right away and after waiting about 5 minutes for a few service advisors to finish talking to each other about a trip to Japan, one of them acknowledged me. He said no repairs were done on the vehicle and it would need to be brought back in, though he didn’t know when. It’s now been another day and I still haven’t heard from Gabriel about the status of my car. My previous service advisor, Katy, was great. I’m not sure why they changed my person, but this is awful service and I have no idea what’s going with getting this recalled airbag taken care of. I would love it if someone could reach out to me with answers. This survey email is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a while.
