Well I took my car in for an oil change that was by appointment at 10:30am. I received a phone call basically asking for other services to be performed around 11:00am. I didn’t hear back from Priority Nissan again to let me know that my oil change was completed. I drove up there around 3pm and car had been done but no phone call or text message was received. Well on Monday morning, I received a text telling me that my vehicle was ready. This service department is lacking.
