Your receipt said my tire pressure had been set to 35 psi on each tire. However when I drove away, the car’s display showed 35 on the L and R front tires, 33 on the L rear, and 31 on the R rear. When I got home, my gauge read 34 on both fronts, 32 on the L rear, and only 29 on the R rear. This despite my specific request to check the R rear because it keeps losing air. I called to ask about this but was put on hold. The receptionist said you would call me back but I never heard back.

My daughter bought my car into service to get my oil changed and to check the brakes because my brake light keeps coming on. I get my car back with a receipt that says 10 point inspection was completed along with oil change. My daughter was told well the brake light isn't on now. Ok. She gets almost home and the brake light illuminated again along with the traction control button. My husband called back and was told that oh check the fluid it's probably that if not make another appointment. Ok my receipt says you top off fluid!? To add, I go out and upon start up this morning both light are on again and my brakes are making a sound. My brakes were never checked and now I have a car that unsafe and I have to inconvenience myself by making another appointment so no I am not satisfied I'm furious.

Service center completely forgot about my wife waiting for the vehicle. When she asked the rep went to check and she said she was going to the restroom. When she returned one of the service guys said he'd been caller her. It took over an hour for an oil change and the car wasn't washed as promised. If it wasn't free I'd take it to AAA like the rest of my vehicles. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

When we got the extra warranty on our truck we was told that it takes care of EVERYTHING.. well today when going to get my truck inspected there was something that needed to be done in order for it to pass inspection and we now are being told that information we was given when we purchased the warranty does Not cover what we need fix. Needless to say my truck has a rejection sticker on it and the warranty that we was told we purchased is not what we have.
