1st my name is Darry NOT Garry. I saw my truck leave the service bay and I went to see if it was ready. I was told he had not received the paperwork. I went back to the service writer twice more in 45 minutes and finally went on the lot to find my truck. Service writer finally went to find out what was going on and said they were just finishing up with the paperwork. It takes a while with a recall. What a load of crap. I left my house at 7:30am to make my 9am appointment and was there 45 minutes more than I needed to be. What a waste of time.
