I was not contacted when service on my vehicle was completed. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle was not available to talk. No diagnostic information was returned to me as I requested. The mechanic told me it was not a big deal that previous service was not performed correctly. Unfounded assumptions were made on why my vehicle malfunctioned. I do not believe that my vehicle was properly inspected. Please contact me.

A bit ridiculous that my car was there for 7.5 hours for an oil change, new tire, alignment, and state inspection. Why is it that your company has to go all the way out to Richmond to bring back a tire? It saddens me that you save a few bucks at the cost of a customer’s time and happiness. I don’t know why it took 3 hours to even get to the state inspection. If the state inspection was done first, then I would not have had to wait 4.5 more hours to get a single tire replaced. While Ben took some money off, it is still the principle of it, and the fact that an apology was never even given. I came to this Priority Nissan because I got tired of the rudeness and inefficiency of the staff at the Newport News location, but this visit was a disappointment as well.
