Bethany and the whole staff at Nissan was very helpful in getting my car repaired. I was politely greeted the first day I came in as well as when I picked my car up. Thanks Bethany for the updates on my car.

After letting me know that my car was ready, no one explained to me what was on my receipt or my invoice sheet.They wrote down all these things that I needed but didn't mention a word. They put too much air in my tires. They told me my car was out front which wasn't true. I had to find my car on the side of the building. I called back to speak to someone about it and no one answered. Finally I got an operator and she said she would have the service person to call me back. That didn't happen! Priority? Yeah right!
