First, I am disapointed that Mr Holmes is no longer in the service department. 2nd, when I returned to pick up my car, I was told it would be just a few more minutes because they were finishing up washing it. No problem until I watched it sit there with the hood up and flashers blinking for approximately fifteen minutes. So when I inquired and confirmed that it hadn't moved to be washed, I cancelled the wash because I had to go. 3rd, out of all the years I've been coming there, I've never seen a service representative with food all over their station. Very unprofessional!
