When I went to pick up my vehicle, several employees didn’t bother to ask if needed help, instead they seemed too busy either chatting or on their phones. I asked an employee for my car and she helped me out, but with several of them standing around they could have asked if I needed help with anything.

Andres was a good guy, but overall the service I need to be done in the car It wasn't good when they had I told you they was going to fix it by taking my bumper off & just put it back they charge I understand I had a hit in run in left front side which they knew it that & I still payed 60$ when they only check w the computer &they told me I needed to take it to body shop first & bring it back they didn't fix my car at all I payed 60$ for no reason!

You guys left my keys in another customers car. I got to downtown honda at 11:30am and left at 4pm. It took hours to find my keys and when you found them? I still had to wait a total of 4.5 hours . No communication, no apologies, no consideration for a customer. When we were purchasing the vehicle we were treated like kings. Go figure!!! I will never go back to downtown Honda. I will be doing business with a different Honda dealer from now on.
