I find it interesting that when something is under warranty they can’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. I don’t think they made an effort/ understood my concerns.. I had a concern regarding my AC and All they did was turn it to the lowest setting and told me it was okay.. I had a question regarding the dash board light(lane assistant) Do the lights need to stay on? Per the manual it says that if the light stays on, the vehicle needs to get checked by the dealer. All I got was it’s okay..

I had issues with the way the entire Honda of Downtown LA conducts their business, not with any individual. I just thought that the way they communicated with me as a customer was terrible and for that reason I thought my experience was very dissatisfying not to mention disappointing. I actually left without getting all of the services I came there to receive. You may contact me if you require further elaboration on what I'm alluding to.
