Carlos is the best! The last gentleman that helped me with my oil change was nowhere near as courtesy as Carlos. I felt like he wanted me to come back at another time. Overall he didn't seem helpful or like he wanted to help me. Carlos is always attentive, gives me an estimate on about how long the services will take, and he has never acted like a salesman trying to make a sale. And that is a major reason why I continue to service me car at Baytown Honda.

I really think the techs pencil wiped the form they are supposed to fill out there are about 3 things they should have caught and maybe I would have gotten the work done at the dealership but they didn't now I have doubts about the oil change that I got .
