He helped get the best deal on the work to be done, and the service department took care of my transportation needs while my car is being repaired .

In my opinion, your service reps should let the customer know how much a part is before making a decision to go ahead and have the service done! I paid 200+ dollars in LABOR for a $18 part. That is absurd. I will never make that mistake again!

First, I asked for the vehicle to be fixed making it look like it did pre-accident. Secondly, I was making attempts to get an update & was shuffled around an hour after that to be placed on hold by Rep to check the status and the rep never returned to the phone later found out the rep was gone to lunch after 3 attempts. I then called the manager that was above the service manager at this location to get a call for an update after 2 deadlines were missed. The service manager called immediately after that and the poor customer service remained. The lack of communication turned into a text saying to call Rep for an update. I never recieved a call back after 2 more attempts were made & still no return call. I finally received a call stating that my vehicle was ready after missing another deadline. Still no attempt was made to make a 3-5 min call to update me on the status of my vehicle. Then the insurance company was the blame but they had already provided me with the final decision and check amount the same day it was done. It was rediculous how horrible the service was in the service department at this dealership. Re-Training is essential should be considered and professionalism essential. Shuffling customers around is unethical and or unprofessional. Picked up car and I still seen damage underneath but was told that it was cosmetic as if accidents don't cover that type of damage. If they didnt cover it I would've paid out of pocket to bring vehicle back to its preaccidental state. Body damage is cosmetic but it is fixed by insurance but I would've paid if insurance refused to pay that part.

Knowing that my vehicle is coming up close to 100,000. Michael suggested that it would be a good idea to get additional services to my vehicle. I was a little hesitant at first, but he introduced me to Sunbit. My vehicle felt different once I left the dealership but in a good way. It probably felt the same before I took it to get serviced haha but knowing everything was flushed just kinda felt good. Michael was very helpful, and while being the only one there at the time, dealing with a lot on his plate, he never felt rushed to get me out quickly.
