Someone has called me the day before my appointment to ask if I wanted an appraisal and I said yes, but I also said when I was there I wanted to get new windshield wipers and then I forgot when I was there today and I don't believe that was done. John did a great job I don't know who it was that I spoke to on the phone yesterday but now I have to go back out to get wipers blades somewhere

Don’t contact me. Why can’t a dedicated Toyota buyer/ owner simply get an oil change? Instead it is an ordeal. Extra services which 90% cheaper elsewhere. Additionally, I don’t need your sales team hovering over me or my wife as soon as I pull up for a simple oil change. If I want to buy I’ll find you. I sent my wife with my truck and she won’t go back based on your unprofessional practices. Don’t contact me

I am quite disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience through Bev Smith. I recently got a flat tire, which is not the fault of Bev Smith nor do I hold them responsible for that. However, when I went to change out to the spare, the lug nuts were torqued so tight that I could not get the tire off which forced me to utilize roadside assistance. Even they had difficulty getting the tire off and when we got the spare out, it was flat. I only go to Bev Smith Toyota for service even though I live in Vero. Part of that service includes checking the spare tire, which was not done, making it impossible change out a tire- this is where I hold Bev Smith accountable. When I went to get my 40k mile service today (6/6) and purchase tires, I was speaking with Madison about this and she was incredibly disinterested, only half listening, and said there was nothing that they could do about a flat tire as they are not responsible. I asked if it was possible to speak with a manager twice and was ignored each time. I didnt push or cause a scene and hope that this feedback is enough for a call from a manager or supervisor.

Mr. Price was very courteous and professional but unfortunately our experience with your service center has been negative for the past few appointments and today’s. Time and time again you either overbook customers or do not have the staff to get customers serviced in a time efficient manner. To wait 3 1/2 hours for an oil change is ludicrous. Why even schedule appointments? Again, this was not the first time. We will no longer use this service center and go to Stuart instead.
