I was first told I couldn’t use a coupon emailed to me by you guys. Then my truck was returned to me without the tires being rotated. First the adviser tried telling me it had been done once I questioned further it turned out that it was not done. He did finally get it done but tried telling me that they couldn’t be done because they were aftermarket. The adviser did apologize but I felt like he could have been a little more customer friendly from the start.
