The discount I was supposed to receive was not included on the original bill. It took about six phone calls, and being transferred back-and-forth between departments before I was able to speak to a human being in the service department. I anytime I get my car serviced, even if there is only a small issue after the service, it often feels like it is more hassle to try and remedy the issue, then just deal with it myself. When I was dealing with Tyler, directly, he was polite and seem knowledgeable. My interactions with him were very positive.
