The staff was very nice, but I got my car detailed for 99 and waited for 4 hours and when I got it back there was still crumbs, there was still something on the back seat which I was able to wipe off easily which tells me they did not try. The trunk was empty so it could be vacuumed but they did not. I was unfortunately very disappointed and will not get my car detailed here again. I would have inspected further before I left and had them fix it but after waiting 4 hours I couldn't take anymore and had things to do.
