The service of the car in general was great. The service advisor helping me was polite and professional BUT I felt he wasn't sincere or helpful it was more of a salesman pitch kind of experience. Pushing me to spend the 699. Service fee to get the complete 30,000 mile package. So after I was done with him and just waiting for my car I just went to someone else to ask my questions because I felt he wasn't very helpful, more pushy.
