Love the people and service there however when I went to pick up my car it was outside the service department parked next to the curb with the window open and key inside. I told the advisor I was picking it up late in the day so no telling how long it had been there because I was able to cone in about 1:30 I guess it would have sat there with the key in it for anyone to drive off if i had not cone in early.

Gary Hildalgo was excellent he was very professional and knowledgeable about the service that I was receiving. I don't like the check in process and I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait and even though I was very upset about that and I didn't want to talk to Gary when he came to me he kept talking and telling me about the service that my car would be receiving. My car was finished in less time than he said and I know it was because of Gary . Great job
