Overcharged for service and taken advantage of. Was told I needed air filters, and don't believe that was the case with only 15,000 miles on vehicle. Invoice says I requested air filters which I did not. I was told they needed to be replaced by my service rep. Did not receive 15% discount. Service should have been about 60 & was charged 190. Would like a phone call please or I will not continue servicing my vehicle or my husband's car with Rick Honda.
