We've had to come back 3x because you guys were gonna charge an old lady that owns the vehicle for a diagnoses on a airbag default that was recalled and under warranty ended up being a seatbelt sensor under warranty didn't have the part in stock. Then came back again when it was in stock. Was estimated a 2hr wait at 11am. Never got any info till I called back at 4pm telling me it still wasn't ready that they would call me. Call back a hour later to see when it was gonna be done. Finally was available and when I get there they tell me they can't find the keys. I ended up having to identify them cause they were tagged wrong.
