My car is a 2015 Honda Accord
Ive been bringing it to Rock Honda every time it needs any service done to it, but to my surprise they told me today that out of all the times ive brought it in for service & oil change they have failed to tell me that it needs all kinds of updates. The guy that was helping me Arif was trying to convince me to get the super expensive "DEAL" you guys offer. I replied "no thank you I can not afford it but can I please just get a regular oil change" He looked upset & said
"WELL OK" I told him I was in a bit of a rush and
asked him if it would take long? He said No about
1hr I was happy with the answer but yet again it took about an hour & 45min.He did apologize and gave me a 20 dollar discount. He walked me to the cashier desck and asked me to take the survey but was standing next to me the whole time looking at my every answer. I thought that was un professional & very rude of him.

Nothing is so deflating as to try to start your vehicle and it won't start.
