They did not wash and clean the mugs of my tires. Is it not included in the car wash?
So I should have requested car wash and tires wash?

The work performed was ok, my experience with Kevin, the service writer was fine. But not offering a complimentary car wash was terrible customer service.
We purchased our car at Rock Honda and it included lifetime free car washes, even between service appointments. After the current owner bought the dealership, you stopped anytime free car washes, but you washed the car when coming for service. Now you stopped washing car after having the serviced. Oh yea, you charge $10 to wash the can.
Anyway, I look around for the women that did the customer surveyors, but couldn’t find her. I’m so disappointed now in Rock Honda. Really no reason to return for service when I can to Spreen and have the complimenry car washed.
