When I received my vehicle, the oil change and tire rotations were not completed. I was told they confused my car with another one even though the paper work was inside. After waiting for approximately 3hrs, Anthony said it will take 10min to service my vehicle. When I received my car, as I was driving home, the alignment was really bad and very unsafe and I returned to the dealership to get it fixed. Dealership said they had no technicians when clearly there was a few still on . After speaking with the manger, he said he can provide a ride home and I told him I wanted my car fixed. Eventually, my car was taken care of. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. I have purchased several vehicles from Rock Honda and I even canceled my warranty since the trust is gone.

It's not that I'm not satisfied with the service from Rock Honda especially Maria Navarro, to be honest she has been exceptional. It's our extended service warranty that we're dealing with that makes this so frustrating. She and I have been dealing with them and it seems we're getting different answers. Anyhow Maria has been nothing short of a great service representative. I wish all of our experiences dealing with service personnel were just as great as Maria. Anthony D Johnson provided excellent customer service and was able to answer all of my questions. He did everything possible to earn my business and it resulted in me getting more work done on my car than i originally anticipated. I was going to go to Metro Honda instead, however, i decided to stay at Rock Honda for my transmission service as a result of Anthony assisting me and going above and beyond to ensure my desires were met. I have brought my other vechile to Rock Honda for years and this truly was the best experience i had.
