they did not fix the doorlock , When we made the appointment we specifically told them that when you unlock the door with the remote key it makes a grinding noise

When we got their the girl writing down our complaints did good but the Kevin Colon came up and did not introduce himself nor did he ask us what was wrong I had to introduce myself to him. When he was doing our repair order I asked for a shuttle he said okay got us a shuttle right away but then when we were done I called the dealer for 15minutes to get a shuttle to go back. No one ever answered the phone the operator transferred me to Kevin plenty of times and he did not pick up and I called and told the operator that I needed a shuttle and she transferred me I don’t even know where. Then I received a call from Kevin letting me know that my car was ready and let him know that we had to walk back to the dealer with my kid we walked about a mile. I was not happy at all!

Mr. Flores was great. For some reason my glove compartment would not close correctly after my appointment. I came back and that was fixed. Now, my trunk won't open when I use the key remote, the button on the trunk, or the button in the interior of the car. I learned on YouTube how to use the key faub to open it and was able to, but this is the only way to open it; none of the other ways work. Can someone call me with suggestions ****-****-xxxx.
